I would like to feel love for you all. When I came into this world as a baby, I instinctively loved black men and saw them as my protectors, my friends, male reflections of me. But sadly as I grew older the reality became clear. I am not alone in seeing this. Thankfully there are quite a few wonderful, strong, loyal and loving black men in the world. Unfortunately, there are also a lot of black men who have basically been emasculated by their own self-hatred and their shame about their blackness which transfers into them hating on the very women who look like reflections of them. I wish you would just admit to these problems and try to deal with them and make sure that your sons learn better. Insteady you just hate more and more on black women and, in fact, blame black women for all your problems while refusing to acknowledge the huge problems with black men these days. You seem unable to even admit responsibility for the numbers of you who go to jail or who date exclusively white women. You blame the time you spend in jail on white men and you blame your obsession with white women on black women. You were once the finest men that walked the earth: you were strong, you were proud, you protected your women and you were excellent providers and excellent fathers. Will you ever be like that again? |

Honestly, your "Open Letter to my Black Brothers" might be better addressed as an Open Letter to a few Black Brothers. An overwhelming majority of Black men marry Black women and most of them don't abuse their wives.

There are some women Black men marry and take care of. And there are other women Black men do NOT marry and fuhk over.

where's the problem with marrying someone lighter than you? black people are not ONE color. so i really don't see the point in saying , black men marry women who are lighter than they are.

Hell, the KKK might as well disband: black men are doing their job for them.
Case in point: Flavor Flav. Came to the forefront in the 1980s as a member of one of the most political conscious musical groups ever. Now, in the 20th century he has been reduced to the status of performing chimp, on VH1: where he chases dry-up white women and encourages black sisters to degrade themselves on TV.
Oh, and on the side, Flav has been to known to beat up his black ex-partner, abuse crack and fail to pay child support for his black children (yet somehow find the money to cavort around with a white beeyatch).
Flavor Flav, a white man's joke of a nigger! He represents today's black man
Thankfully, we still have a few men who are like Chuck D. Sadly the majority are MORE like Flav. |

All of those chicks are proper hoodrats. As we know, hoodrat women - be they white or black - will do anything for money and fifteen minutes of fame. Flav is part of a group that are role models to many blacks. He should know better. |

So? Does that bother you? Why do you care what someone else’s personal preferences are? Aren't you satisfied with your own life? Given the choices many of them have, why would they marry?

Unfortunately this is probably true. I don't have any statistics to confirm this, but to be honest, I wouldn't doubt it. But remember -most of these women put themselves at risk by the very choices they make! They do have free will to pick and choose my dear. If you pick a thug, ex-con, hustler or a generic knucklehead, what do you expect? IT BOILS DOWN TO CHOICES! Like the commercial says: Just don't do it! What part of that do you not understand?

I only dated black women all my life.
I never had much problem with them. We always got along great.
Most of them were medium brown in complexion with pressed hair or a relaxer style. They all had ass. 
Once or twice I had a "light-skint" girlfriend. They were very nice but I always preferred a woman with more coloring.
I dated a really dark skinned chick from Barbados in college. I had sex with a fine I mean FOINE ass Jet black girl in high school but she had "self-hateration issues" and sex was about all you could get from her. She hated everybody for supposedly looking down on her which some people did but the truth is I thought she was fine as hell.
I had sex with a white girl who was at my cousin's house one time and she basically let us run a train on her. That was in high school. I had sex with an Indian girl in college but she thought I was lucky to have her. She was better than me in her mind. I dated a second white girl but my ex girlfriends (the sistas) started clowning me about her being fat so I dumped the fat white girl and got with an African sista, but she was too bowing and traditional for my tastes. Had to be chaperone just to visit her and her parents sizing me up.
I had sex with twin black girls one time! Nice fine ass thick fine ass sistas too! I had to pay cash, but hey.
My current girlfriend is my very first to have natural hair. She wears an afro and huge earrings all the time. She's almost dark brown, but kind of tea-ish too. She can only cook "pork chop sandwiches" and got ass for days.
I don't know what it is about me and black women. Seem like we just love each other.
