Kola's going to be on t.v. tomorrow!
I just saw the preview on MSNBC channel. She's on that news channel tomorrow talking about people calling her a "sex slave"! She was going the fuck OFF!
Some men came up the road to her ranch and she had a shotgun threatening to shoot!
GOD! Did anybody else see it!?
The show is called "MSNBC LIVE". I don't know what time it comes on tomorrow.

I will be on MSNBC LIVE tomorrow afternoon between 12:30 pm and 1 pm Eastern time.
9:30 a.m.-10 a.m. on the West coast.
They promised not to show footage of the blow up at my ranch today.

They moved my interview to 1:45 this afternoon, TODAY, Tuesday.
I'm sick today unfortunately.

It got "volatile"--so MSNBC will edit and run it TOMORROW.
They will give me the air time later today.

I hope it is posted on youtube at some point as I do not have cable so won't be able to watch it. Actually they may post it on the MSNBC website. Someone please put it on youtube if it is not on the MSNBC website!

MSNBC says the interview will run 3 times tomorrow. I don't know when they start yet.
I imagine it will be heavily edited. UNFORTUNATELY.

Kola, they mentioned you already on "Tucker" - Tucker Carson's daily show. Are you saying that you're going to be interviewed in addition to this? If so, what time and what show? This is huge! ...so huge, I have to admit that until now I didn't believe it was true--I thought Pretty was mistaken; but like I said, Tucker Carlson just referred to you (calling you a sex slave, btw) on his show!

Hi Kola, I finished your book yesterday and ordered another copy to send to my older sis as there are some issues that I find hard to get across to her that you have expressed very well. I will definately check your interview out if it is available online. I hope you get better soon, I have an all purpose remedy for any afflictions other than ones related to the mind or heart. Try this; 1 cup Rooibos tea, freshly squeezed lemon juice 2tablespoons, Cayenne pepper 1/2 teaspoon. Drink every morn and night.
About the book: Some parts were very difficult to read, as a female and a very sheltered one at that the details were very painful. But you have a very stirring and aggressive style of writing which I love, this is why I prefer non-fiction.
I cannot understand how anyone could imagine you do not have a powerful love and hope for Black men and Black people as a whole after reading your book. But as you say in your book people do not listen and do not hear(paraphrasing).

Kola, last night my nephew stopped by for a visit. Now, this is a guy that does not read at all. Apparently though they've been talking about you on the most popular radio station here in Philly ("Power 99 Fm")--and consequently, he and his friends and as he blurted out: "people everywhere" are discussing you; and so now he's amped up and itching to learn more about who/what who & who everybody is talking about. He even asked about your book which is STUNNING cuz like I said: boy don't read! LOLOLOL (He still has no idea that I've chatted here on the board with you. I wanted him to finally pick up a book AND READ!) |

I saw it --phuckin' hysterical to say the least!!!! I think it was so funny because I was just waiting for you, Kola, to go nuts on Contessa. I felt like it was just brewing. There was an impatience and disgust in your eyes that I think I saw only because of my interaction with you on this site. Contessa would have be blindsided if you "went off". She proably wouldn't have known what the phuck you were talking about, either, because I think she still didn't seem to "get it" when you said that you felt it was "racist" to be called his "sex slave". But I definitely think she'll read your book --she seemed mesmerized by your story and persona! However, the other (anchor - blond, white woman, I don't know her name) seemed bored and unbelieving --as if she wanted to move along to the next topic.
I noticed your accent much more in this interview than the radio one with Joe ? (don't know his last name). I think because you appeared to be frustrated (for whatever reason), you weren't as focused as the other (and first) interview I heard. Nonetheless, your skin looks good and you look healthy! I don't know whether to say congratulations or good luck --handling the publicity from this will surely have it's ups and downs --best wishes to you!
