If and indeed the fighting in the Middle East spreads to Syria and Iran, as Dubya seems intent on doing, I guess to bring on the Rapture, the Arabs are going to turn the oil off.
They won't do it forever but they'll do it long enough to screw us over and that doesn't have to be long.
You might want to make plans for this eventuality, including putting off any long trips until this blows over (since you will be stranded if it happens)
I know those of you born after '73 will scoff at this, but people didn't believe they would do it then, either. |

And don't forgive the mess we've made of things against the Venezuelans who have arguably the largest oil reserves in the Western Hemisphere.
That Rapture thing might not be as far fetched as some might think. |

Everytime I think that George Bush cannot act any stupider, he goes and does it.
First the other day he says he wants for Russia the same kind of democracy they have in Iraq. They laughed at him right in his face for that one.
Then, maybe you want Israel to kick the crap out of everybody over there, but you don't say it. What, everybody is supposed to sit there and wait to get the crap kicked out of them and do nothing--
Well, they don't have to just do nothing.

It's just so ironic how Israel is becoming the very thing that caused it to become a country to begin with. If there is a Devil, you've gottah figure HE'S enjoying the irony of that.
And everytime America and Russia convenes, I can't help thinking Putin is that-close to b*tchslapping the shyt outtah Bush and making him call him "Daddy". |

We are alleged to have reserves. But who really knows how much do we have and how long it would last.
And I promise you once we must resort poking into those reserves, there are going to be some things happening to our ecomony and society that'll making some of our older foks wax rhapsodically about The Great Depression. |

i would give up my weeks paycheck to see pootin slap george bu$h jr. that would sell out world wide on pay per view. i could imagine the replays on it too, especially if pootin cupped his palm a little bit before he slapped him "a-la- charlie murphy".
on a serious note, i think it's a good idea to prepaire yourselves for the worst.... when it comes to gas. it's ashmae when i'm happy that i found a place that sales gas for 2.89 a gallon. |
