im personally so sick of some of these black woem and their nasty additudes. not all, but many black women are just angry and pissed off. why do so many of them have such bad additudes? im sure many of these nasty black women will try and blame black men for their disgusting additudes. but how can you blame 16 MILLION men for your bad additude. many of these black women act as if they are supposed to be nasty. some of them act as if they would drop dead if they were to act civilized. will some of these black women ever be able to act like feminine agreeable women? or will they just continue to drive men away with their animal-like horrible additudes?
so we are clear, im NOT talking about ALL black women. im speaking about the ones who carry this nastiness with them. some of them are so nasty, it makes me physically ill just to think about them. anyone else (men mainly, but women also), tired of the "angry black woman"? i know i am.
oh yeah, i forgot, black men are to blame for some black womens horrible additude. right? |

There are some Black women who hate Black men. There are some Black women who hate Black women. There are some Black men who hate Black women. There are some Black men who hate Black men. Could be the result of a broken heart, life experience and/or upbringing. I don't know. (We may never know). But I don't question the validity of those emotions or perspectives. What's real to you is real to you. Nuff said.
I think the vast majority of members here view this forum as a "safe haven". This is a place where we can come together and "be real" without worrying about judgment. (Although, I have evidence of some outsider intrusion. And if they're reading this FUCK 'EM). At some point, all of us have been or will be guilty of posting something that is so ridiculous it'll make you wonder were they drunk, high or both at the time. At another point, all of us have or will post something that is so brilliant it'll do the rest of us proud to count the poster as "one of our own." Just as there's a thin line between love and hate, there's a thin line between genius and insanity.
I personally get a kick out of the comraderie, the sparring, the cuss-outs, the putdowns, the affection, the humor, the cultural consciousness, the graphics, the wit, the sarcasm, the intellect, the passion, and the compassion of all members here. This forum is my daily fix! We're one big happy, dysfunctional Black family. That's how we roll. |

Here in Southern California, I frequently see the nastiness in the attitude(s) of darker-skinned black women with stronger Negroid phenotypes as opposed to any other group of so-called black women, regardless of their prevailing phenotype. From good-looking to ugly and probably spanning the entire socio-economic spectrum, the degree of nastiness in their mere presence only serves to turn off virtually everyone else. Even more so, they are now less frequently invited to social events and the like because many people just don't have the time to deal with the unwarranted arrogance and intentional disrespect that they demonstrate to others. Too bad, it's their problem, and their's alone. |

Wow! That’s interesting. I live in SoCal and I have heard this before. I can’t personally confirm it because I really don’t get out and do the social thing often. But I have heard a number of brothers bitterly complain about black women’s behavior, their physical appearance and their attitudes. Some of it focused on dark complexioned, light complexioned and black women across the board. I guess it all boils down to ones personal experiences.
