I don't know if she was a participant in the murder of Jon Benet, but if she and her husband had been poor white trash, they would have been arrested for something.

I wonder if guilt ate away at her....or perhaps grief over a child lost.

I don't know what the hell happened, but things seemed suspicious.

Actually there is reasonable doubt in my mind as to her guilt. There was a DNA sample found on JonBenet's PJs that has never been matched to anyone.

Cynique: A jury found OJ not guilty.

How in the hell would a woman leave a DNA sample on a victim's PJs? And what would DNA or lack of DNA prove when the victim resides in the same house as the suspect?

Dammit, you let a little white girl get found dead in your basement and you would still be downtown getting your ass whipped until you confessed.

I wish I could get you downtown under a hot cieling light with a phone book. I'd have you confessing to the Lindbergh kidnapping.

Aw shut up, chrishayden. Several criminal professionals after thoroughly reviewing this case have come to the conclusion that JonBenet was probably killed by an intruder and that the incompetent investigation was so intent on focusing on the parents that they never followed through on any other leads. All anybody has to do to push your buttons is to disagree with your view and remotely suggest that that psychopath OJ was actually guilty. I remind you that the grand jury didn't recommend taking this case to trial because they apparently didn't think the case was strong enough to be won. And spare me your boo-hooing about a little blond blue-eyed girl since you seem to be totally oblivious to the unpunished crime committed against of a blonde blue-eyed big girl.

They were all bought. The "criminal professionals" the cops, the prosecutor--the grand jury--come on. A prosecutor can indict a ham sandwich in front of a grand jury --if he wants to--but he knew what was good for him. If he had tried to try the case the Ramseys would have had a battery of the best criminal lawyers in the world on his ass to wear him down and defeat him. If by chance he had been able to have gotten a conviction the appeals courts would have thrown it out--after all, all of them want to advance in the legal system and ruling against a billionaire's wife in a criminal case would not be healthy. And if they had there would be a presidential pardon, which are for sale.

Money talks and that other walks. But she did it allright and she's in front of the Lord now, trying to explain.

The peope who took on the case after all the hoopla had died down were independent investigators who just out and curiosity and in hopes of putting the matter to rest, after much probing came to the conclusion that there was enough evidence to conclude that the crime was committed by an intruder. They had nothing to gain by coming to this conclusion. I have always wondered if maybe Patsy didn't do it but was covering up because she was scared that her son may have done it.

Solid logic. I was thinking the same thing. The local police department trashed the crime scene and virtually tossed the case into virtual oblivion with lost valuable time and incompetence. With today’s modern forensics and DNA tracing/detection, this crime would have been solved. It was a very disgusting and horrific crime. Both what happened to the little girl and her mothers obvious pathological need to dress her up as an adult and parade her around. The image of that child was a pedophiles wet dream.

There never was a forced entry as initially suggested. And why would a killer break into the house, take the victim -a small child, into the basement, beat her to death and leave her nude body in her own home? And why a small child and no one else was attacked? Who would believe that?

Now that she is dead, the public will probably never know who brutally murdered this child. The mother and father probably did not do it. I don’t believe that. But I don’t think they were forthright and honest about all the possible suspects and motives.
