I sit next to a guy at work with the most beautiful, melodious, charismatic voice you'll ever hear.
Today he sighed and said "jesus", and suddenly I believed it.

What's wrong with me?
I swear, if he told me that rain is derived from dinosaurs in another dimension peeing on the cosmos, I'd just take his word for it. |

Well, if I stand up and look over a partition, I can see him. BEAUTIFUL. Perfect teeth, gorgeous dark skin, high energy, soft full lips perfect for biting. A little big, but not fat. Just GORGEOUS. And he's so friendly and outgoing. Sometimes I'm working and I hear him on the phone and it just makes me crazy!
I'm married, but I'm neither deaf nor blind. My husband knows that I check out other guys, but as long as I don't touch he doesn't really care. I feel the same way about women he looks at.
But we may have to change those rules.....because I can believe almost anything this guy says. I'm just glad he doesn't know how I feel. With his voice, if he asked me to move in with him, I'd probably just wonder how long I have to pack before my husband figured out what's going on.
SERIOUSLY, he just sighed and said "jesus" and I just thought, "I believe you."
Damn....I might have to quit this job. LOL |

Well GirlFriend, you can do what you want but I wouldn't quit my job just because I'm attracted to a co-worker. Because there will always be attractive men to deal with - co-workers, bosses, delivery/repair men, business partners, etc. So assess your priorities and determine if your family is more important, whether having a steady income is more valuable than having a fling, if you want the reputation that accompanies having office affairs, or to heck with everything else - you only live once. |

speaking of bosses...woo! There's one supervisor here...let me stop right there.
I only went back to work because I want to, not because I really have to.
"Attractive" men isn't really an issue. There's something different with this guy. I've worked with MANY FINE men before...I could deal with this guy if he were JUST attractive. This is something really different. It's almost like I'd never heard music before I heard him speak...like the sun doesn't shine until he walks in....no one smiles until he says "good morning"....something like that. |

Yeah, I'd tell you guys....IF it were to happen....which I don't see happening.
The funny thing is that he's young (about 21) and doesn't even have a girlfriend. He did tell me once that he grew up wishing he looked more like me and that he always thought he was ugly. I don't see how he could look in the mirror and believe that. |

But girl, the motherfucker is FINE. And along with that, he's got some MOJO shit going on or something, because I've seen finer, and he's just got something.....else. I don't know what it is, but he's got it.
Anyways, I'm going to stop posting on this subject, because I'm trying to stop thinking about him, and I worked ALL DAY and didn't think about him. I just did my work and WENT HOME and felt so proud of myself....SO, I'm not going to answer this too much anymore. |
