Hello All,
Now, just because I ain't posting much this summer don't mean that I ain't been reading. I've been on call two weeks in June, got a new truck, and finally, I know I should have, but I did...I got the XBox 360. *looking away* I just couldn't help myself. *LOL*
Now, Gloria Mallette's latest book, What's Done in the Dark, is an ass-wiper! It's one of those books that you need to read on the weekend cause if you tried to read it during the week, or take it to work, people are going to piss you off whenever you have to put the book down and turn your attention elsewhere. The novel centers on two sisters who hate each other and one by one their husbands die. One, from a diabetic coma, the other from a murder! Drama, baby. And there's no drama like family drama, and when Gloria Mallette throws a murder into the mix, you got a good read just waiting to happen. |

i must be ol' skool, but i can't even pick up a book with that kind of cover ...it reads commercial fiction all the way! And i haven't read any of that since I read one of EJD's books in 2001 or anotha... |
