Hello Everyone, Yeah, I'm still around. I just got over the flu. That muthaf*cka kicked my big as*! I was down for two solid weeks and all I had the strength to do was move the fingers required to work the remote control. I'm still reading, and the pickings are mighty slim. I'm in the process of writing up a few things. I read E. Lynn Harris last book, Mommie Dearest. What a pile of sh*t! I had to plunge into a good book to get the bad taste out of my mouth. Speaking of which, you all know I have been in the books that were made into movies, I am towards the end of Mildred Pierce by James Cain. The book is awesome! Strongly recommend it! Then, I get a wild hair up my butt and started a Facebook page this morning. Naw, I can't believe it either. I haven't uploaded any pictures or anything. I didn't know what I was doing and I made a friend with Bernice McFadden right off the bat. I'm so proud of myself. Just a warning, so if you see my friend invite come through, accept the damn thing! *LOL* | ||

Thump, what up. How about a review of E. Lynn's latest. I never found out if it made the NY Times bestsellers list... I suspect it did not otherwise I would have heard about it by now. Did you get swine flu? Do you want me to "tag" you on some facebook photos. I'm not surprised you are on facebook. Most of the known owrld is on facebook. It would be nice to pick up the reading list January 1st 2010 (man it is hard to believe I'm saying 2010). I'm planning a relaunch next year March 2010.
