Posted on Thursday, June 18, 2009 - 12:00 am:        I just now came from a restaurant, in Harlem, that featured a Japanese band, that played Jazz, funk and Gospel (in English). If you closed you eyes they were indistinguishable from an excellent Black band. I've seen so many Asian musicians do Black music, really well, it is not even funny.
