"The government spends a lot of time (and Money), concerning itself with race. Is this they should continue to do?"

I haven't read all the responses (and they seem very interesting), but why 'wouldn't' the government spend so much time and money concerning itself with race when that is its basic foundation? "Racism" (not just 'prejudice' or mere bias, but "racism") is what runs this government as well as geopolitics, so why wouldn't it be the focus of most of the country's/ world's dealings?

Administration
