I don't know if any public records have been released as, techinically, a trial never officially commenced. So we may never see the hard evidence. But everything I have heard/read about what happened asserts this guy was NOT wearing a prophylactic.
Can you believe it? This guy has close/cozy relations with the world's most famous HIV+ person, Earvin "Magic" Johnson...and he STILL did this!
