This NEEDED to be addressed. You'd be amazed how many people think that having a black president is the end all be all to all problems that black men, women, and children, face because of the color of our skin. While I will admit that ONE huge barrier was torn down, a kajillion other barriers, tangible and intangible STILL have yet to be overcome.

Trust, when all is said and done, to some he will just be considered another "magic negro" who was somehow "better than" and not like the rest of "them".
