In the past, when Thumper's Corner was more intellectually engaging, we used to have these discussions on gender identity and gender roles. I often questioned the veracity of accepted gender roles, as well as sided with many of the women on certain issues, and consequently, it was believed that I was a woman [as well as the belief, I suspect, that Yukio was a woman's name...when in fact it is a man's name]. Of course, this is my version; the other ol' heads, [I think I'm part of the second generation of posters...not the first generation] if they choose, can inform you of their own version.
