Isn't that the guy who took charge down there in New Orleans?
You see how nothing got moving until he went down there yelling and kicking ass.
Be careful what you wish for, though. Througout history societies have resorted to the military, and for a while they do good, but then they become soft and corrupt as the society they have come to save.
Look at the Roman Praetorians, the Russian streltsi, the Japanese samurai, the Ottoman janissaires, Alexander's Diadochi, the Italian Condittieri, and the Spartans.
Though I don't want to see it, the Military is going to be the only institution in the country that will have the confidence of the people.
All the others have become soft and corrupt. |
