Ladies,
I've never attempted to thwart ANY sista from dating whomever (whatever) she wanted. Nor have I ever promoted brothas IR'ly dating. And I'm no more critical of BW dating non-Black than I am BM dating non-Black. BOTH of such relationships are likely to be fraught with problems, issues and contradictions that are inherent to the history and culture of this land.
Now. As it often the case with sistas, you quite contradictory assert your independence of brothas while seeking their approval when what you SHOULD do is whatever you choose to do, dayam what brothas think of it.
Because, like with most other things, brothas will either accept what you do and love you with/for such. Or they won't, in which case, you'll just have to accept being happy with some White (Hispanic or Asian) dude SANS the approval of Black men. |
