Nilotic people come/came from the nile valley and are mostly cattle people (nomadic) who nowadays live in Sudan, Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania. These people include Dinka in the Sudan, Masai, Kalenjine and Luo in Kenya and the Masai in Tanzania.
Negroid/Bantu people come/came from the Cameroon and the Congo and moved to the rest of Sub-Saharan Africa. They are mostly agriculture people (settled). Most Africans who were taken to the Americas were these agricultural people.
