I've had caviar once before. I think it was from Norway, or Finland, or somewhere near there. They eat it with some hard crackers. A Japanese friend of mine had a roommate from that region and they LOVED it, both of them being from "fish" regions.
It was red and tiny, not the "good stuff" (Beluga). So maybe the Beluga is good, but I can't say.
Imagine the fishiest tasting fish you've ever had. Now mulitiply that taste times 1,000.
I hated it, it was gross.
