Not that I am defending the Jacksons.
In the ancient Hindu text - Mahabarata (sp?)
Five brothers (not the Jackson five - hee hee) married one woman who gave birth to five sons, one for each of the brothers. The brothers had lost their kingdom (on a dice thrown by their father- gambling) and due to poverty could only afford to marry one woman. Also, among the Tureg people of Mauritania (desert people), sometimes brothers can sign a contract with a single woman and share among them selves. This is also due to poverty not some kinky stuff.
