This is what happens when we try to meet the white man's standards of ethnic identification. Screw this blood quantum stuff, Most NAs don't follow the governments policy any way. Where I live, we just had a powwow with at least 50 federally unrecognized tribes that participated.

If you are indian in your heart, NO ONE has any right to tell you otherwise, especially our miserable government.
